Storage & Fulfillment by Artisan Furniture is an exciting new service we’re proud to offer our customers. This program adds to our existing options: Dropship, Trade, and Wholesale, giving you even more flexibility and support.

If you don’t have the space or resources to store and ship your products, our fulfillment program provides four customized solutions to meet your needs. This service is especially beneficial for clients without storage facilities or those based outside the US who want to enter the American market.

We allocate dedicated space for your inventory at our Fairview, New Jersey Distribution Center, with each area designated as a ‘bucket’. This ensures your products are stored securely and are ready to be shipped efficiently whenever needed.

1. Sign up at www.artisanfurniture.us and choose the fulfillment program.
2. Restock your bucket based on its capacity and pay for the products.
3. Place orders on the fulfillment portal to ship products from your bucket.
4. Track your performance on the fulfillment dashboard.

• Comprehensive Coverage: Our fulfillment program covers the entire US with small/large parcel and pallet deliveries.
• Quick Delivery: Small parcels are typically delivered within 3 working days, while large parcels & pallet deliveries are usually completed within 7 days.
• Returns Policy: Covers all standard reasons for returns, including manufacturing defects, transit damage, mis-shipments, loss, and infestation.
• Free Insurance: Your storage buckets are insured at no extra cost.
• Order Management: Once your products are in your bucket, you can input end-customer orders through the fulfillment portal.
• Free Shipping: Available within all 50 states of the US from your bucket. Some postcodes and pallet shipments may incur additional delivery charges.

Please Note: Artisan Furniture does not accept change-of-mind returns. However, as you own the stock in your buckets, you can accept change-of-mind returns. When the item arrives back at our Fairview Distribution Center, it will be restocked in your bucket after applying the relevant wasted delivery charges, making it available for resale. Standard wasted delivery charges apply when the product is returned by the end customer back into your bucket. These returns are classified as Unauthorized Fulfillment returns back to the basket.

• Wide Selection: Choose from thousands of best-selling SKUs.
• No Costly Pickups: Eliminate the need for expensive pickups and lorry loads.
• Personalized Packaging: Available based on quantity requirements.

Restocking Pricing for Buckets

There are no administrative fees or value or volume restrictions for restocking your bucket. You can order as many pieces as you need, as long as you don’t exceed the maximum number of units your bucket is designated for. When you restock your bucket, you can take advantage of our standard discounts if your order meets the value or volume criteria. All products must be paid for in full before being added to the bucket. Once products are added to the bucket, they cannot be reversed or sold back to Artisan Furniture.

A single discount will be applied to each restocking order if it meets any of the qualifying criteria.

How Our Fulfillment Program Differs from a 3PL/Storage Arrangement

Our fulfillment program offers a complete supply chain solution from the factory floor to your customer’s door. We provide added value with benefits such as FREE shipping to the 50 states of the US, a selection of thousands of SKUs, bespoke product development, and multiple product pricing options. Our pricing is straightforward and unified, with a composite monthly cost that includes everything—no hidden fees or extra charges for activities like labeling, pick and pack, inventory count, management fees, offloading containers under the hybrid program, or footprint charges based on the volume of your products.

If you need to discard products from your bucket, we do not charge disposal fees.

We accommodate your needs, whether your bucket has a capacity of 25 units or more. These units could range from petite bedside cabinets to 2-seater Chesterfield sofas.

Additionally, small home decor accessories do NOT count toward your bucket capacity. We understand that home decor accessories take up minimal space, so if your bucket is full with 25 units, you can still add unlimited home decor accessories without worrying about exceeding capacity or incurring extra charges.

Limitations of the Fulfillment Program

• Product Availability: Only Artisan Furniture US products are available through the fulfillment program. There is a lock-in period of 3 months once you sign up.
• Monthly Charges: Fixed monthly fulfillment charges apply, depending on the program type.
• No Sales or Returns: Once products are added to your bucket, they cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
• Unsold Products: Unsold products can be collected from our Fairview location or shipped to a destination of your choice (charges apply).
• Returns Policy: The returns policy applies to all four buckets and is effective from the date products are shipped from the bucket. Standard returns policy rules apply.
• Wasted Delivery Charges: Standard wasted delivery charges apply when a product is returned by the end customer back into your bucket.
• Optimize Monthly Charges: To fully optimize monthly charges, keep your bucket stocked to its maximum capacity, as the monthly rental fee will be charged regardless of the number of units in the bucket.
• Cross-Border Shipments: Due to operational, tax, and customs issues, cross-border shipments from fulfillment buckets are not permitted. Worldwide deliveries are available through standard dropshipping, trade, and wholesale routes.
• Order Cancellation: Once an order, including any back orders, is placed into the fulfillment bucket, it cannot be canceled. Cancellations would affect the special pricing and discounts applied to the orders, altering their total value and impacting the pricing terms.

Closing Your Fulfillment Account

If the fulfillment program does not meet your needs, you can withdraw from it and continue using your customer account for Dropship, Trade, and Wholesale. You must provide written notice 30 days before the expiration of your bucket. For example, if the start date of your bucket is January 1 and the end date is March 31, you must notify us of your choice to opt out by February 28. If you cannot provide an address, the items will be disposed of, and you will forfeit the value of the purchase.

If you breach our terms and conditions or our commercial interests do not align, we will give you a 2-month notice to vacate the bucket.

Please consult your CPA regarding any potential tax obligations or compliance issues that may arise from storing products at Fairview, NJ. We are unable to provide advice on nexus or sales tax matters.
